OH My GOODNESS- the staff here and the experience made up for a horrible travel experience. They worked with me through cancelled and rescheduled flights, they were there in my sleepless and helpless hours. Everyone was great but Sheree was ABSOLUTELY amazing ! & the shuttle staff - I could rave and rave about ! Across from the airport so convenient too ! I will always stay here when visiting!
Great place to stay close to the airport. The hotel offers parking packages and a shuttle to the airport. The bar and fireplace in the lobby was a nice way to unwind for the night, and the rooms and entire facility were clean. Staff was very friendly and upbeat. We had one minor issue, which, management recognized and moved quickly to fix.
The location near the airport was perfect because I was flying out Christmas morning. The shuttle driver was very friendly. The room was nice and clean was greatful for the body wash , shampoo. The only downer was the jets in the hot tub was not working right. There was hardly any pressure in the jets in the hot tub.
Traveled for business and was presently surprised with the location. Front desk customer service was excellent. Parking lot was salted. The room was clean. The shower I did not like but overall the experience was good!
We have returned to this hotel multiple times as it has been a reliable hotel for comfort, cleanliness and recognition of loyal returning guests. We travel frequently across the world and truly appreciate clean rooms and bedding! This time, due to 2 flight cancellations, we were able to take advantage of their very convenient free shuttle. Both drivers were excellent and safety oriented. The great front desk staff were also able to put us back in the same room we checked out of a couple of hours prior. Breakfast and dinner were also great and provide a nice variety. Lots of shopping and restaurants available just an exit or two away. Thanks for taking great care of us and consistently maintaining high standards for cleanliness, comfort and reliability!
Hands down the nicest hotel I've ever visited. The dining room/ lobby was especially impressive. The staff also goes above and beyond to be super helpful and friendly.
A lovely, clean hotel immediately adjacent to the CAK airport with a free hotel shuttle which operates on-demand. The fixtures in my room were slightly worn and one lamp bizarrely had no available power outlet for use, but it was an overall comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Very clean room. Pool and hot tub was very clean and well kept. Service was 5 star. Great bar and restaurant for those who like to stay in.
